Our room was great. We had a little dividing curtain that separated the beds from the rest of the space. And we actually saw the fireworks out of our window, the night before we went to Disneyland, so that was special for the kids. Breakfast was convenient, very busy, but happy it was included. We only booked one night, as we were staying close to DL so that we could enter early the next morning and had hoped to leave our car there on day 2, though we weren’t actually staying another night. the hotel was able to accommodate that for just the price of parking. Loved it!

Was okay, 3 of 5 for me. Average. Super inconvenient for my party. The rooms were numbered so randomly and hard to find my specific room with the signs. Inconvenient for rest of my party to get inside the building after day at park. Service representatives were inconsistent on what was said. When checking in. The guy didnt know what he was doing or what he was looking at.

Served our purpose well for a quick trip to Disney. Friendly staff. We had a suite room, and appreciated the space. However, the two areas were stacked so that our main area had no windows. Felt a bit like a big cement box.

Thin blankets and not enough. Room was fine and breakfast was okay. Oatmeal, Greek yogurt and healthier choices would have been great. Biggest problem was hotels.com changed our reservation without answering my questions and communicating that the reservation was changed. I got a call while I was trying to enjoy the last day at Disneyland with my family, a call to be out of our room. So I spent 90 minutes in the middle of my last day of vacation dealing with that.
