The staff was very accommodating and was responsive with the airport shuttle getting me to and from the airport even though I had to leave early in the morning for my flight. This is a good quality hotel and a good value.

OK if very basic is all you need.

The good: the beds are comfortable, there is hot water and an airport shuttle and the desk personnel are friendly. The not-so-good: do not expect daily housekeeping service, budget time to make a trip to the front desk to get towels, and do not count on an operational TV. If you just need a place to sleep and do not mind the general run-down look of the property and lack of daily service, this place will do.

The people are kind and helpful. I didn't realize they didn't clear the rooms unless you asked. The place is more than well-worn, it is in a sad need of being revamped. The staff are great, but the place is very run down. After you get used to discolored carpet and the smoking smell, you try not to notice, because the staff work to make you comfortable. I want to be honest in this review, I didn't want to rate it low, but the condition merits this low score.

Possibly the dirtiest, most neglected place I've ever stayed in 50 years of traveling. I'm not at all picky but THIS place is to be avoided: fast food trash lining the hallways, a dirty washcloth left behind in the room, a filthy, gummy carpet.

Affordable

I would only reccommend this facility for those looking for a bed for a night. Clean-ish. Some weird drip marks on one of the doors. Quick service at front desk. Quiet. Subpar mattress but doable. We were there for a short 6 hours after arriving at the airport. A great option for those arriving late to Anchorage. Affordable.

The room is not so clean, the room where we stayed in the groundfloor smells cigarette smoke. Im not sure if the linens were changed. The furnitures are old and dilapilated. I dont recommend it if you can afford other hotels. The only good about this place is the location, accessible to restaurants, very close to airport, with light breakfast.
