This bright end unit apartment had been newly remodeled and provides all the comforts of home while you are away from home! Sleep comfortably on a queen size Sealy pillow top mattress. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs!

Nestled in the heart of midtown Anchorage, you are close to everything! You can walk to shops and restaurants and are only a couple minutes by car to downtown Anchorage. The neighborhood itself has many quaint little houses and only a few apartment complexes. Want to day trip to Girdwood or Seward? This space is only 2 minutes from the New Seward Highway! Instructions for check-in were incorrect leading to the wrong unit. Dealing with that in freezing temperatures isn’t ideal. We ended up finding a new place to stay for the one night.

It was ok. Definitely a vrbo that is old and used. The TV internet didn't work very well. The blow dryer didn't work. On the positive it had laundry facility and was in walking distance of shopping and restaurants.

It was a little difficult to find the rental at first from our GPS, but we persevered and found it. The unit is basic, but perfect for a night or two in Anchorage. Clean, heater worked fine and curtains kept the light out. We had 3 folks ring our doorbell late at night, but they left when we didn’t answer. Neighborhood is ok- overall felt safe there. Easy access with a car to stores and activities.

Convenient location.

Besides getting use to all the one way streets that made it difficult to backtrack after a missed turn and ending up in a parking lot, that google maps sent me to, not realizing the street I needed was part of the parking lot. Once figured out the location was very convenient to get to places we wanted to see and do. The place lived up to its discription and was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

Great Location

This place is very convenient to downtown and easy access to grocery and other shopping, restaurants and places to see. Just 10-12 minutes to the airport makes it really easy to get to and from as well. Host is extremely responsive and accommodating, and the place is comfortable and clean. If there is someone staying upstairs it can be a bit noisy with thumping, but very minimal generally.

Home Away from Home

Excellent, charming, clean quiet apartment. Perfect for two people. Everything in the looks like it has been newly freshened up in the apartment with the exception of the carpeting. We made sure to keep the space in good order during our stay!
