Did not start off well. I called from the airport to get the shuttle to pick me up, the lady said they would send him quickly. I waited an hour, shuttle never came. I took an taxi to the hotel where I see the shuttle parked out front. I get to the front desk to check in and tell the lady the shuttle never showed up, and she tell me he is there right now. I have her look out the front door to see that the shuttle has not left and is parked out front. Other than that, the room was nice, but smelled like mildew. The hotel is quiet, and all else was fine.

clean room, breakfast got a lot of options, most of the staff are friendly and helpful except for thenight staff when we checked in who greeted and treated us in a military style. , no warmth, no smile, like we irritate her. other than that our whole stay was wonderful.

Great layover spot before our cruise

They sent the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Shuttle driver was super friendly and suggested a great restaurant for us to try. He even dropped us off and picked us up later in the evening. The breakfast was also very good and served by very friendly staff.

Flooded Floor, air conditioner issue.

Mother/Daughter bucklist trip started with the floor around the bed by the air conditioner, flooded. Called the desk, the stated the carpet was recently cleaned. The water was so deep it came up through our toes, soaked anything hitting the floor. 2nd We asked that someone come remove the water while we are out. Nothing done. Same excuse. We requested additional towels. Used all towels to soak up water. It was not in our budget to change hotels at this point.
