Relaxing Lake Haven - FULL HOUSE - Close to EVERYTHING!

Endless peaceful days and evenings by the lake so snugged up near the fire.

In the winter, take a walk out the backyard onto the frozen lake. From there you can stroll around, cross-country ski, ice skate, ice fish, or just enjoy the beauty.

During the summer jump off the docks into the refreshing water or enjoy paddle boarding. We have 2 paddle boards available for your use. Fish from the docks and use the grill on the large deck to make your dinner.

You can enjoy the whole 2400sq ft home. Sip coffee or tea while watching the daylight break through the picture window. Or enjoy a glass of wine in the back deck or floating on the lake while watching the sun set.

Large living room with comfy couches, fireplace, and large TV for those relaxing evenings. Large kitchen to prepare your own meals and also a full dining room with an unobstructed lake view. Downstairs has a large living area with comfy couches, TV, a table for playing games or socializing. There is also a full size laundry room with washer/dryer, a utility sink, and iron.

Outside enjoy the large deck area with a BBQ, also enjoy the front and back yard with lake access. 2 paddle boards are available to use during the summer months.

We are about 10min south of the airport. Plenty of parking. Grocery store and a few Restaurants are walking distance. Parked and fishing access is also walking distance. Lots of biking/hiking trails nearby.

There is plenty of parking at the house. Uber/Lyft is also reasonable to get you pretty much anywhere in Anchorage. If you decide to bike it there are also plenty of biking trails nearby. To get you around.

Please do take your shoes off in the entryway. Be mindful that this is also my home after my guests leave. Please treat it with respect. If you need anything at all please do not hesitate to contact me.

Comfortable house, beautiful view, great location

This house was completely charming and we felt very comfortable here. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware/dining ware. Location was fabulous, with stores and restaurants/activities in downtown close by. Close to the airport. Felt like we were out of the city, but only a short drive from anything we wanted. The view of the lake was spectacular, we enjoyed watching a variety of birds/wildlife at all times of the day. Owners were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was amazing, very cozy! Right on the lake was the best and was able to use the boat and paddle boards... Grocery store across the street and plenty of parking...definately will return!!

We have lived in Anchorage off and on for years so we know the neighborhood. This is an older neighborhood but don't let that fool you the setting on the lake is beautiful, the backyard is great, we saw an otter sitting on the dock in the back which the kids thought was awesome. The pictures of the home are totally accurate and it's very comfortable feeling like I'm hanging out at grandmas house I love that the older finishes counters, wallpaper etc are still here. We would 100% stay again.

Spacious house on lake

Enjoyed having lake in the back and fishing rods available. Way more room than what our family of 4 needed. Convenient location to airport. Arcade game pictured doesn’t work. Property management was very responsive and helped fix an issue with the fridge right away.

We stayed with a group of 9. Worked out great for us. Not a negative...just took some planning...each couple had to share bathrooms. We made it work. Loved the convenience of groceries just moments away. Literally couldn't get closer to the airport. Super convenient!!

One of many stops

Our favorite part of this place was the back porch and the view!!! Very nice and clean with lots of towels and extra blankets. Convenient location as well if you want to go to Wasilla or Girdwood for the day! Thank you for sharing your place :)

Great spot for a family coming to Anchorage!

We had a great stay at this property. It is very clean and has everything you need for a vacation stay. My kids loved the back yard and Jewel Lake. It is only a 10-15 min drive to most everything you’ll want to see in Anchorage and super easy to get on the Seward Highway to head south (which I highly recommend). Would definitely stay here again - we had 5 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room.
