Got to our room and had no towels or wash clothes, just floor mates and hand towels. Went to desk and asked for some. They said house keeping would bring some. Other people were waiting as well. 2 hours later the desk called and told me to come get them. I explained I had a knee injury and walking was difficult and I was at the farest end of the hall. She told me to have my husband come get them. I explained he was asleep. There was a long silence. Then she said she would bring one. I asked for 3. She groaned. When she came to the room. She was rude. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Never stayed, I tried to contact the hotel due to a late arrival change and the phone was busy the entire day prior to my arrival. I contacted their corporate office in hopes they could contact the he hotel and they could not. I stayed at another hotel! Very disappointing

Nice hotel for the price. The pool is pretty cold and there were no towels for swimmers, so we got them from the front desk. Nice staff. Clean room.

Amenities and cleanliness were satisfactory as expected for a decent price. Bed was great. Close to airport but shuttle can be slow as their other property the Wingate is on Ship Creek below downtown.

They made everyone wait until exactly 3:00 pm to check in so very lengthy process with a lobby full of people. Towels were threadbare. Kleenex box was empty. No hair dryer in the room. Was told not all rooms have one but they would try to locate one. Never heard back from them. Breakfast was adequate. Juice machine was broken. Overall, a disappointing experience. Will bypass the Wyndham brand in the future.

Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Bed had not been made or linens changed when I arrived at the room. No housekeeping services at 6:30PM so I had to go to the front desk to get clean sheets and bedding and change them myself. Even the blanket was filthy. The carpet next to the bed was soaking wet- probably from a leaking air conditioner unit. Despite reserving space on the airport shuttle for 5:45 AM I ended up taking an uber to the airport at 6 when the shuttle failed to appear. My brother and his wife who were staying in an adjoining room, had to change rooms twice- the toilet was clogged in the first one and the smell of mildew and mold in the second one was so strong they asked to be moved again. The owner of this hotel really doesn’t care.

It’s hard to even know where to start with this place, but I’d never stay here again. The rooms are in awful condition and honestly feel like they haven’t been cleaned in over a decade. The smell hits you as soon as you walk in, and the carpet is so filthy it’s hard to step on. Just gnarly. On top of that, it doesn’t feel safe. The door lock was completely busted off, and the ground-floor window opened fully with obvious signs of forced entry. In the middle of the night, I even heard someone outside the window rummaging around, coughing, and making gross noises right by the room. The only positive was the front desk attendant, who was friendly and gave us a free late checkout. But overall, this place is seriously rough.
