I was in room 138. I checked in at midnight and woke up to cockroaches in the bathroom. I notified the front desk and they moved me to room 138. The next morning I woke up to roaches in the bedding area. I notified them again and that I was informing the health department about their pest problem.

For a one night stay it was ok. Floor/toilet was tilted sideways, sink drain lever missing. Towels were thin, but really absorbent which was interesting. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good

Terrible!

This hotel was terrible, the area was sketchy. There were roaches. The deadbolt on the adjoining door was broken. The person at the desk was not helpful. We booked for two nights and left after the first night.

Parking lot was clean lobby was clean gym was clean… room smelled like one of those hotel rooms that were built in the 60s and people smoked in them for years and they never got the smoke smell out of the walls. The beds and pillows were small not two queens more like full-size beds. I was surprised at the room because I’ve always liked best western but this was below par

Feels unsafe and was dirty

Black mold in corners of tub. Door could see light through. Huge amount of dust on wall where luggage rack was. Shampoo cap was crooked on it and clearly used. Room was smoke smelling. Doors are exposed to outside and walls are thin so you hear everyone going by and all the highway traffic.

We booked a hotel with a pool specifically because of the pool. Shortly after checking in we learn the pool is closed for the season. I would have paid more to stay somewhere with a pool that was open. I would not have reserved a room here if I knew there was no pool. A closed pool is as good as no pool. The place is generally run down. There are dried boogers on my bathroom door. There is a spider carcass hanging from the vent fan grate. Door jamb is cracked. If it wasnt for the advertised pool, I would never have considered this place. Staff was nice enough - no complaint there. But ive stayed in nicer places for less than half of this price. Ive stayed in nicer places with a pool for less than half of this price. I am pretty disappointed. At least it has a bed, as advertised. So we got half of what i paid for!
