This is the poorest best western I have ever stayed at. We have stayed at many, and have been accustomed to a certain degree of quality. This one is like a motel 6 whose rooms have been refurbished. The building itself on the outside is in very poor condition. This location feels like best western bought another hotel and did the bare minimum to update it. There were unsavory characters hanging out in the parking lot. This was the first time I have ever felt unsafe at a best western. I did not give them one star because at least the rooms were clean and satisfactory.

We liked that the room was very clean and with microwave, ref and good parking spaces. But the service was not really good. We stayed for 2nights but our room was not cleaned (trash were not removed, we have to request for extra towels and hair dryer was not working. I called 3x before it was changed). Breakfast was ok. Staff in the dining area were friendly and accomodating. Overall, our stay was good. Thank you.

The air conditioner was half way hanging off, the sink stopper was completely disconnected so the water backed up every time I used the sink water. The bed had a dip that I didn’t notice until my back started hurting the 2nd night. I was there for a wedding I was working and didn’t have any time to re pack and switch rooms and do all the complaining but this was absolutely terrible. I don’t want to stay at a best western anymore and I really want my money back, but I know these get over artist won’t do that so I hope that others are not falsely mislead into thinking this is a quality hotel. It’s raggedy and old and barely maintained.

Very clean, there was a little crack under my door so we did see a cockroach, and we did see some outside, but room and bathroom were extremely clean. Would go back but they do need to spray.
