The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 full/1 half baths, living room, separate dining room, and kitchen.

This home is open year round with a two night minimum stay.

Absolutely perfect property for our family on Plebe Parents’ Weekend! We were able to easily walk to the Yard to get our plebe each day, and the house has all the comforts that allowed our daughter to rest and feel at home. Mike was incredibly kind and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Can’t say enough good things!

Perfectly Walkable

Our group had an excellent time staying in this home. The space is even larger than expected from pictures. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, perfectly cool from the summer heat, and steps away from charming stores and historic sites. Mike was very responsive and accommodating. We would be happy to stay here again next time we find ourselves in Annapolis.

Weekend wedding

Minus the traffic getting in from the train station. The home was beautiful. The town is quaint and everything else worked to our advantage. Very cute old country,Victorian home three units. We were the middle with absolutely no noise at all. The courtyard in the back is beautiful, unfortunately it was raining when we arrived so we weren’t able to enjoy itOwners very informative with my inquiries!

Perfect!

I visited my midshipman and I couldn’t have asked for a better place! Very comfortable & spacious-yet not too big. It was as if we were home. Location was awesome. Mike was great with immediate communication-especially in preparing us with info well before our check in day! I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this property multiple times since we have a son at the Naval Academy. This place is beautiful, well appointed and comfortable. The hosts are very responsive and they go out of their way to make their guests feel extra special- we will be back.

Amazing Location, Exactly what we needed.

Staying at this location was a great escape. We were celebrating a retirement and had a great time. The space is beautiful and homey, and is only a 5 minute walk to the pier entertainment and restaurant district. Would highly recommend to anyone else, whether it be a spouse retreat, a stay for a Navy football game, or just a couple of friends who want to see beautiful Annapolis.

Our house of choice when in Annapolis

Home is gorgeous, beautifully maintained and location is perfect near the Academy. We stayed to drop our son off for induction day, then came back for parents weekend and plan to stay once a month to visit. Owner is responsive and professional. We highly recommend this property.

Just like home

Stayed in this property for 2 nights on a quick family trip to Annapolis for the Military Bowl. This was a very comfortable historic rowhouse near the Naval Academy and the Annapolis downtown. Our family of 4 with 2 college age teens all had plenty of room to be comfortable, and spread out. the surrounding neighborhood was very walkable and safe,.

Great Place

John's place worked out perfectly for our quick trip to Annapolis for I-Day. The house was perfect for our 4 person family and had everything we needed. The cute backyard was a bonus and provided a nice place for us to relax in the evening. John was wonderful at communicating and was even able to secure parking in front of the house...a huge benefit if you've ever tried to find parking in Annapolis. Certainly plan to stay here again!

Mike has an amazing space that is easily walkable for events at the Academy. We went for my son's wedding and the spot was perfect for our needs. Mike was responsive before the trip and during to all our needs. There was even coffee and wine waiting for us when we arrived. I would definitely return!
