Queen bedroom with premium bedding, fully equipped kitchen, private washer/dryer, and your own entrance with two parking spots. A handicap-accessible chair lift serves the upper level. Just minutes from downtown Annapolis - ideal for couples, caregivers, or professionals.



The Space:

The loft sits above the attached garage with its own private entrance - no shared hallways or awkward pass-throughs. Inside, the open layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a queen bedroom with premium bedding.



A handicap-accessible chair lift provides easy access to the upper level, making this a great option for guests with mobility needs or caregivers visiting the Annapolis area. A private washer and dryer are included in the unit.



Outside, you'll share access to the pool, a gas grill, and yard games set in beautifully maintained master-gardener landscaping. An air mattress is available for a 3rd and 4th guest (just let us know in advance). The homeowner's small, friendly dog lives on the premises.

Poplar Hill is a quiet, friendly community within Cape St. Claire. You’ll enjoy Chesapeake Bay access, a private community beach, and the laid-back pace of life just minutes from Annapolis. Locals love kayaking, fishing, and sunset walks along the water. The area is also known for its strong school system and welcoming vibe.

Other Things to Note:

Pets allowed after paying the pet fee $100 each – maximum 30 lbs, 1 pet. Exceptions are made on special request. Please do not leave pet waste outside (or inside!).



Homeowners have a small dog on the premises, sweet and shy fellow!



Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property; if any evidence of smoking is found that requires additional cleaning or remediation, the associated costs will be charged to the responsible party.
