"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Hyatt Place Reno. Every staff member we interacted with was professional and friendly. Our room was large, modern and very comfortable. We enjoyed the modern furnishings throughout the hotel and loved the outdoor seating options. The optional breakfast was beautifully presented with many food choices including sausages, pancakes, French toast, eggs, fresh mixed fruit and vanilla yogurt with multiple toppings to add. Our only disappointments were with the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was apparently closed for repair, although there wasn’t a sign stating so, and we discovered this when we stepped in to cold water. The pool was large and kept at an adequately cool temperature, but the water had a terrible odor which made us question the cleanliness and upkeep. We look forward to a return visit to this location which is located conveniently next to great shopping, dining and entertainment. "

"The Ranch is a wonderful place to stay. I hosted 10 family members for one week and our time there was fabulous. The house is beautiful, charming and more than comfortable for 10 people. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool, hot tub and grounds. The house and kitchen were well stocked and we wanted for nothing. The location is in the best neighborhood in Reno and very convenient to attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. Our host, Judy, was very helpful and informative prior to our stay and during our stay. I highly recommend staying at the Ranch. We have wonderful memories of our stay."
