All great. Even the fire alarms work!!!!! Minor disruption, but resolved within reasonable time. Safely was observed & we were back to room within 45 minutes. Note an extended stay fellow got a folding chair for my 82 year old wife who was a bit anxious during the outage. Much appreciated

Nice, but missing a few things…

Good location, nice aized rooms and very streamlined and clean. A couple basic hotel supplies were still enroute I guess, as the room had no hand towels or blow dryer (only 4 in entire hotel). Some room charge glitches as well but staff was very helpful to get that squared away correctly. Overall very clean and relatively quiet.

Brand new so everything in excellent condition. Super friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the morning coffee was awful: lightly brown water from a plastic espresso machine.

WOW!!!! MUST READ

My family came from California and was looking for something nice and quiet well we happened to find this hotel and let me tell you something..... THIS IS THE BEST DAMN HOTEL!!! Right from the start it was great. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with kindness and the smell of a brand new hotel (45 days old as of 8-31-25) the check in was super fast and very easy. Once we got to our room (119) and opened the door we loved it. Full size fridge with a nice stove but bring your own cookware. The beds were so comfortable and we all had the best sleep. We definitely will be returning to this wonderful hotel. Thank you also to the lady who was working the front desk the morning of September 1 who fixed the hot chocolate machine for my kids which made them both very happy. So if you're looking for a nice hotel away from all the big hotels downtown (but only 15 minutes away from all the action) then stay here and thank me later.

Clean, new but very minimal.

We arrived in the afternoon and appreciated being allowed to check in at 3:00 pm (normally 4:00 pm). The hotel is brand new, very clean, and in a perfect location with plenty of safe parking — we left our e-bikes on our SUV every night without any issues. The room itself was very basic and minimal. Only one towel and washcloth were provided per person, and there were just three pillows for two guests. There was no blow dryer, and while the room had a kitchen, you had to pay extra for a dish pack. Housekeeping isn’t offered for stays under seven days, so if you want fresh towels, you need to bring your used ones to the front desk to exchange. The front desk staff wasn’t very personable and couldn’t answer our questions about the EV charger. Morning coffee was just from a machine, nothing special. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked great, WiFi and satellite TV were free, and overall the property felt safe. For a short-term stay it worked fine, but very much a BYOS (bring your own stuff)
