Airport shuttle driver was very friendly. Front desk I believe Jasmine was her name was a pleasure and helpful. Breakfast was ok, just need more variety. They served the same thing back-to-back. Eggs were over-cooked, and servers were slow replenishing the food. Our housekeeper had to be asked the make the beds and replace dirty towels for clean ones. However, all staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The light in the bathroom was on a timer and it cut off leaving us in the dark and we almost fell because we couldn't see. At breakfast there were no forks and we had to eat with a spoon. the maid didn't come until 4:30 pm and she had no towels and she couldn't speak English so she didn't understand us. I had to go down and ask for clean towels. They overcharged us for parking and I have never had to pay to park for a hotel stay.

It was only 1 night for me, they let me on the free airport shuttle, runs every 30 mins, literally takes 3 or 4 mins to airport departures. Breakfast was very good tasted fresh. The room was spotless and the bathroom was super clean. For the price point. I would highly recommend others stay here!

Room was great, bed was very comfortable, staff was very nice & helpful if needed. Breakfast wasn’t bad but not great, I thought there would be more options or at least protein/meat options. Gym did what it needed to do. Pool had some brush in the water & there were no towels outside so I didn’t get in. Shuttle service is great for the airport, even tho I didn’t get to use it this time as I had planned, but very convenient to have.

This hotel has amazing service and a welcoming staff! There were a few pitfalls: the ice machines not working and only having one operating elevator. I also should have did a mini tour of the property before buying so many overpriced water bottles, given they have a water fountain/water bottle refill station that works just fine! Overall, I had a comfortable stay!

Decent property for what you pay! The staff was friendly. Gave me extra towels when I requested it late one night. Very convenient to have a shuttle service to the airport. Only complaint is bathroom is small. Hotel was quiet and quaint! Would def stay again.
