You have to ask for a parking pass as they don't tell you at check-in how to get into the gated parking. Also they need more than one person at the check-in desk at night i waited in line for 20 minutes to check-in

I had my property removed from my room while I was out. It took hours to locate my missing luggage which was in lost and found. I was given no explanation as to why my prop was removed from my room while I was out. The staff became very dismissive and combative with me when I asked for a refund. I’m very disappointed and will definitely share this experience with as many people as I can!

Cannot say enough great things about my stay. Too was clean. Bed was comfortable. Service was outstanding.. special shouts to the two hotel shuttle drivers who were outstanding and the front desk workers who were personable, friendly and just cool. Pool was clean. Gym was small but had what you needed. Breakfast was good but they need some turkey bacon or turkey sausage. Outside of that, everything was cool.

The property was good for what I came to do. Only thing was that once I arrived the system was down and it stayed down for a while and when I was able to check, I didn't get a notification that everything was good until the next morning when I checked out. But over all it was quiet and clean.
