Everything broken

My overall stay was uncomfortable homeless people was sleeping on the porch every night and morning i constantly had to keep telling them to leave they were drunk and stink very bad then I was cooking & I was looking for pot and pan then I realized the stove was extremely dirty cabinets were broken I had took pictures of the outside of the property to show the trash and and dirty the porch and the front of the house was one of the bed in the room was broken but I don’t think this house should even be on listing isn’t ready yet there still working on the house me or my kids didn’t feel comfortable leaving out things in the house scared that the property will get broken in to

Unsatisfied Guest!!!

This property is not in a great location. It could us a really good cleaning. The back entry need hand rails for older people and better lighting since this is main entrance that you use to enter the home. The beds were comfortable and clean. Overall I wouldn't recommend thus property all. Very hard leaving the home because the drive is on a very busy 4 lane street. My family chose location because we wanted to be close to downtown for New Years so we made it and enjoyable experience. GOOD LUCK TO FUTUR GUEST.

Be aware of the neighborhood

This house had decent space and plenty of bedrooms, but only book here if you are just needing a place to stay and not planning on spending a lot of time there. It is on a very busy street, with traffic at all times of day. There were also hobos and people just walking about the neighborhood, and bags of garbage on the sidewalks. It was nice there was a Kroger nearby and some bars in walking distance but I wouldn't recommend going out at night alone. The house felt secure with the coded doors and security system, The microwave door handle was broken, the paper towels kept falling off the wall, and there was no shampoo or soap in the showers so we had to go buy some.

Hesitated luxury

Interior design is impeccable but its definitely for looks only...there could be some touch ups to the stability of a few pieces of furniture and the ceiling. Beds are comfortable and spacious the pictures over all match the reality. Property manager was easy to communicate with and very accommodating and it's in a good Location for commuting but it is slightly in the hood but good enough in the cut for it not to be a problem. With that being said..... parking is rough but can fit 6 vehicles if you can really drive and there could be some dusting done. Property is easy to miss so slow down when approaching. MOSQUITOES ARE EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE THE SECOND YOU OPEN THE DOOR OR STAND STILL, SO RUN AND JUMP IN THE CAR OR BE EATIN ALIVE.

Stay was Double Booked and Found Out hours Before Stay

Booked stay mid-week as listing was available for my dates. No contact by host for rest of week. Messaged host the day before my stay for information on access. Host responded at 1:30am the day of stay to let me know that location was "double booked for some reason. There has been a guest staying for last two days." Refunded my stay a few minutes later. Host did offer 10% off at current rate when I stay next. Not much I could do with that when I have family coming later that day and nowhere to stay. Not sure if Vrbo or host is at fault here but me and my family are the ones who lost in the end..
