First, I booked this hotel as it said breakfast included. however, at the hotel they had two sections one hot breakfast items and the other cold and not hot items including bread. I was told the booking does not include hot breadfast items. I have never heard of such a thing ever. This is decieving and cheating. Secondly, there was no hot water in room 101. when asked we were told that the chiller is out of order. That was really crazy, why should they need the chiller to get hot water? even if it is so why didnt they warn us earlier. However, when I said that is not acceptable they changed my room to 301 and there was ample hot water. I will never book this hotel again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I started coming to this location 800 Hammond drive, Atlanta, Georgia months ago because of previous staff that were working there last year and sales Manager Latoya who is still at the location. Extremely polite, accommodating, and any issues I had, they would change my room immediately without any issues. I stayed at the location because it is convenient for me and my family because of my specialist appointments for my spinal surgery next month. I checked in on Feb 14, Feb 18, 2025 checked in by Latoya requested the first floor and no issues. The second day requested for room clean and when I got back there was garbage on the floor and on night stand how I left it but beds were made with blood on it. Contacted front desk and spoke to Tony and he stated Manager Latoya left for the night. He didn't suggest to change room so me and my daughter had to stay in it. Next morning called to speak to Kj and he stated Manager not there will be back Monday and will let manangment know but he didnt. Monday morning, I called to speak to the manager and he told me she was unavailable and can't come to the phone. I let him know I was leaving hotel for doctors appointments and wanted to speak with her and he said he will let her know. Went to the front desk and saw her and she didn't know I even called to speak to her. I asked kj in front of manangment if he relayed my issues at Hotel, and they said they didn't know, and he just told her 5 mins before I came upfront to

The staff is friendly and responsive! The property seems older and unkept, maybe a little pressure washing is in order. The few times we’ve stayed at this location busted tile in bathrooms and rusty areas in bathrooms. The breakfast, ok at best. Liquid eggs, cut up kielbasa and cheap square waffles. Grits, oatmeal, and pastries off to the side in packages and stale. Rooms didn’t have enough outlets of charging ports for different plugs. Overall just doesn't put you in Sheraton feel. We love Sheraton brand, especially the one on Cobb pkwy, trust park area. This location is a fail. We stayed club level.
