Room was not very clean... floor were sticky and closets shelfs needed to be dusted. Lots of amenities were missing and we had to ask many times... great location but very poor service. Really not what we expected for a luxury hotel... even the room service that was supposed to be done after 3 days wasn't done and we had to ask for it...

Location to the spark arena, didn't need a taxi just across the road from the venue. The only issues where we stayed 2 nights and the room didn't get serviced, this seemed to have started to happen after COVID...wrong move. And the bathroom sink area had 0 toiletries storage, install something under the sink, we had to leave our toiletries out side the door.

First time at the Adina. Upgraded to better room. Staff were all excellent and welcoming. Seems Expedia hadn't notified the property of the included Bottle of wine, but after discussion, they gave us one and we're taking the issue up directly. That's great customer service
