Parking was unclear and located down an 80 degree slope with no room to turn around with only 4-5 spots available. We were at high risk for crashing and damaging a rental vehicle with concrete and fence wires surrounding the parking spaces.
The staff were kind but the room was incredibly unhygienic as the mattress, toppers, and sheets were stained with red and yellow substances covering the entire bed that was 2 single mattresses pushed together to make a queen bed. The curtains were stained and the windows were covered with crumbs and dirt. The bathroom was unclean with urine behind the toilet seat. The shelf below the TV almost fell off with their small drinking glasses being placed.
We immediately asked for a refund, this hotel was incredibly unacceptable in basic standards and disgusting. I would not recommend it to anyone ever.
The only positive was the kind front desk staff that were very understanding and helped us with the refund process. If I could give it a real star review it would be less than 1 star.
