I’ve stayed at this property many a time and usually it is fantastic - this is the first time it was below par, with major cleanliness issues in the room and problems with the smoke alarm and phone.

Bed was ok. Room fixtures were not clean. Mould on blinds, doors and windows. Room had damp feel and smell. Towelling was damp. Noisy room - could hear other people in the room above. Booked a deluxe spa room and expected it to be clean and shall I say ‘deluxe’. Was not impressed with our stay.

Great place, great staff, lovely location.

Lovely well presented room, comfy bed, great facilities, amazing bathroom and perfect reception staff. Wonderful location for local amenities.
