Bus stop outside the property provides regular services to Auckland’s CBD (25 min), Newmarket (15 min), and to the local train station (3 min). The train station is a 10 minute walk ,the train trip into Britomart station in Downtown Auckland (13 min) takes the scenic Tamaki Drive route. Uber fare to the Auckland CBD is around $20. An accessible parking space is also available. About a 5 minute drive from Pak & Save and 2 Countdowns.

Guests have their own completely self-contained space consisting of a lounge, bedroom with king bed/ kitchenette, and private bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped for light cooking only, with tea and coffee provided. No Stove or hot plate. A microwave/Convection oven is provided. A private patio area is furnished for al fresco dining. The office alcove and access high-speed fiber internet access makes this an ideal temporary work space. Close to supermarkets and shopping centers, as well as to beaches, cafes, restaurants, the beautiful Eastern Bays, and several scenic outlooks.
