Clean rooms, nice staff. Absolutely no amenities which was disappointing. Very sparse lobby / reception. No one had a clue about tourist ideas, good restaurants, local attractions or downtown events. Truthfully, not worth the money. But everyone was polite and the room was clean.

Stayed in an executive room with a comfortable king bed. Large room, with large bathroom. Very clean and quiet. Blackout blinds were great for the jet lag. The chairs were comfortable to relax. The smart tv will project from your phone, which is nice. Staff took our bags on arrival and departure for a few hours, which was very nice. I would note however that the barroom could use a few towel hooks, especially near the shower and sink. The room would also benefit from folding luggage racks, as we used the available surfaces for our luggage. All in, a great hotel with a great location for the four nights we were here. I would recommend it.

We stay at this hotel Everytime we visit Auckland. Excellent location, affordable, clean, and the staff are always friendly. We will definitely continue to stay here! Only downside is no onsite parking, however there are many convenient parking buildings nearby that you can pre book for a fairly affordable rate.

Convenient location so close to the city. We easily walked to Britomart and Queen St. Rooms were a good size with modern furnishings. Hotel staff very efficient and helpful at check-in. Great value for money hotel.
