What a great hotel! And so convenient to the airport, it felt much higher end. So many little details to make guests feel welcomed but cared for with pillow options, the tea and coffee selections in-room were wonderful! Also enjoyed the restaurant and bar on-site while traveling. Thank you!

Other than some communication issues related to the airport shuttle, our one night stay was fine. Luckily the restaurant was open late so we were able to catch dinner before bed. The food at the hotel is good. We were upgraded to a suite, which was nice. The gym is small, so avoid the normally crowded times if you want to do something particular. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Excellent service and a very nice hotel. The staff was great throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention Alex, the front desk agent who assisted us with check-in. He was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and offered us an upgraded room with more space. Ivan, who served us at the restaurant, was also exceptional—very attentive and professional, with excellent customer service skills. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
