The room has one electrical outlet. That’s the biggest problem for me. I rented two rooms, so I guess all the rooms are the same. The shower floor was slippery (needs a floor mat). It needs extra hanging hooks.

Jetpark has its own shuttle bus.The driver was friendly and helped everyone with their luggage. The checkin staff were quick,and very professional. We are staying in an executive king suite ,absolutely amazing and spacious. Definitely will stop here again . The staff are very customer focused .

Check in staff friendly. Basic small room, which reflected the price paid, room felt damp, quite dusty and the bathroom smelt of mould with poor ventilation. Room was next to the motorway so could hear road noise all night and the room would shake when a heavy vehicle went past. Paid extra for the breakfast buffet in the morning and all the “hot” food was cold. The fruits and some hot food item were not replenished while I was there even with it still being early and many more guest still to come. I like the free parking during your staff and there’s ample parking spaces.
