Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. The bond will be up to 4 weeks` rent depending on the length of your stay.
If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
We will provide a âDeparture Checklistâ once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of other occupants in the complex. A minimum of $350 bond is required All bookings are on a request basis
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required. Strictly no party and no noise between 10 pm to 7 am. Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment or on the balcony. The guest would be charged up to NZ$500 if a noise complaint or smoking trace is reported against them.
