Very nice hotel, very clean, spacious rooms. No free airport shuttle. Uber was cheaper than paid bus. Dinner was good, breakfast was limited and expensive for people with dietary restrictions. No other restaurants nearby.

It’s ok . Bar prices excessive . No atmosphere felt like a hospital . Appreciate it’s an airport hotel and it felt like that . If you have time then send the money and time snd stay in central Auckland … hotels far better here .

I am always given a handicapped accessible room when booking through Hotels.com although I don’t need those adaptations. This one was very dark with no view. The staff was great though.

Close to the airport with everything in one place.

Repeat customer. Excellent quiet location about 5 minutes drive from the airport. Shuttle available if required which I have used previously & is excellent. Great amenities & self parking. Indoor pool. Excellent on site restaurant

Overall, it was good. Only stayed 1 night. Chose it for its proximity to the airport and car rental place that we used, price and rating. Uber from airport to hotel was $17 NZD. There is no free parking, but we were able to park on the nearby street for free and just walk over to the hotel since we only needed the parking for a few hours the following morning.
