Easy check in and check out. Had toilet in garage, and 2 full bathrooms on the 3rd level next to the 2 bedrooms. AC in the living/dining/kitchen (2nd level). AC on the top level was in the hall and hard to reach the bedrooms. Could do with a fan to help circulate the air into the bedrooms. Very basic unit with only 1 medium towel/face cloth per person, and only 2 hand towels. The kitchen had only the basics enough for 4 people, with only 1 tea towel, and dish cloth. Only 2 salt and pepper packets (not shakers), and no other reasonings. 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom so if staying several days plan to bring your own. Couch had stains which we had to wash out before anyone would sit on it. Kitchen has a drain on the floor right by the sink which sunk anytime the kitchen Faust was running. No filtered water but has 2 ice trays. Washer/dryer combo takes 4 hours to do one small load of laundry. Only 2 coat hangers in 1 closet. Beds are firm and very uncomfortable.

Absolutely amazing stay in Mt Albert. Fantastic location with easy access to the city centre, Auckland Zoo, and MOTAT. The house was perfect for a family, with all the mod cons and the comforts of home.The host was incredible and went out of their way to get us a drying rack when the washer/dryer combo didn’t dry clothes very well — such thoughtful and appreciated service.Having an internal garage was also a huge bonus and made parking so easy.The only small points of feedback would be that the beds were very firm and not the most comfortable (understanding this can be a personal preference), and that a few extra towels, plates, and cups would be helpful for families.Overall, a fantastic stay and we’d happily return.

It was bigger and better than the photos show. Excellent and great value accomodation. Modern apartment with all the modcons. The two levels of quite steep internal staircases should be mentioned/highlighted. Luckily we were fit enough to manage the stairs. It may be difficult for those less fit. Bus stop outside and train station a 5 minute walk, easy to get to city. There is onsite garage parking for one vehicle with electric charger. I would recommend this as great value.
