The bay at Hamilton Cove doesn't stay still for long. Morning light cuts across the water in clean angles, the salt air carries a coolness that lingers well into the afternoon, and from this hillside villa above Avalon, the Pacific sits right there in front of you - unhurried, wide open, and entirely the point. An electric golf cart waits at the door. Direct beach access is steps away. The island is yours to take at whatever pace feels right.
 
The space
This self-contained hillside villa at Hamilton Cove is a private retreat with its own entrance, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The living area keeps things easy - a flat-screen TV, board games, and a combination of ceiling and portable fans to keep air moving through the day. When the temperature drops in the evenings, heating is available to keep things comfortable.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is set up with two beds, each made up with full bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets. Hangers, an iron, and all towels and toiletries are provided - there's very little you'll need to bring beyond yourself. Sleep in luxury with authentic Mascioni Italian sheets, the same premium linens found in top hotels like Fairmont and Sofitel
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked and ready for real use. A refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and baking sheet are all on hand, along with cooking basics, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. Coffee is provided. Eat at the dining table inside, or carry your plate out to the patio and let the bay view do the rest.

One full bathroom with hot water, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer - fully stocked and ready.
 
Outdoors & shared amenities
The shared patio opens onto sweeping bay views, with a BBQ grill set up and available to use. Pool and hot tub access are included for guests. Heading down to the shore? Beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are all prepared and ready to grab. A gym is also available on-site for guests keeping up their routine.
 
Getting around
The included electric golf cart is the natural way to move around Avalon - unhurried, easy to navigate, and well matched to the island's pace. Free parking and an EV charger are available on-site. The villa's waterfront position means direct beach access is always close whenever the water calls.
 
Good to know
Exterior security cameras are in place at the front door and on the patio facing the ocean. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on the property. Please note there is no carbon monoxide detector. Wi-Fi is included. A washer and air conditioning are not available at this property.
