The phones were down had no access to concierge check in only one person at desk waited 20 min the. Park came back to validate ticket took over 20 min because there was only one person. At desk.
Poorly maintained and run down. HVAC very noisy. "Grab and Go" breakfast was gone---it literally was missing both days. Sure, new owners are part of the reason for slippage as they establish procedures, but this is no longer a viable business class hotel unless it gets some major upgrades. A great location will get it another chance, but if no major improvement, it will be the last chance.
My husband and I booked this hotel in advance. Upon arrival, we were told we could not check in due to technology issues and would have to work with the third party to get our money back. We were stuck in Baltimore with no hotel and had to spend extra money to find another. We asked why we were not notified about the issue prior to arrival, and never received a response.
