Staff was very nice. Room was clean. However, the tv was not connected to cable so it was not usable. I was told it was due to the hotel working on an upgrade. Was offered Hilton honors points as compensation but still inconvenient. The thermostat did not work well.

Check-in was fabulous. However, the guests next to us were rowdy for most of the evening - slamming their door many times, quite loud conversations - and left their TV blaring all night which was very disruptive. We had to deal with muffled thumping during the entire time that we expected to get a good night's sleep. So overall, not a pleasant experience, and one that I hope is the exception and not the norm.

Joel was very gracious, friendly and efficient at checkin. I did not eat breakfast. The room was clean and the overall hotel remodel was a great improvement; although, the toilet in the room was still an old style low flush type.

I stayed at many Hampton Inns & I was not pleased with this one at all. It was not worth the money. Room was clean but hotel was aged and room had a musty smell. We had water on the floor when we returned to room later in the evening. Hotel needs repairs.

The front desk person very nice. But asked for first floor room when made reservation and didn't have. Put on 3rd room that smelled like mildew so moved to 2nd floor. New room had not been vacuumed, bug dead on floor, brown stuff on toilet seat, bathtub dripping and inch of water standing in tub. Elevatators iffy. Building old.

No fridge, no microwave, smelly trash piled in ice room from 3 pm & still there at 10 am, maintenance used noisy wet vac next door at 8:30 am & woke us up. When I asked for a fridge I was told we could put our food in their fridge at front desk.

The room was ok. The shower had back mold and was in even. The headboard had chips in it. The A/C did not work very well. The elevators were scary. We thought it was going to break down with us in it.

Major Disappointment - Skip this Property

NO housekeeping during the entire stay (Monday-Friday) which meant no trash was removed - bleahhhh non working ice machine on second and third floors, discovered fourth floor ice machine WAS working morning breakfast - tea water was room temperature informed desk person - nothing done one of two elevators stuck on ground floor - when I told the desk person, was informed that someone would accompany me and show me how to use elevator buttons all visible staff on their phones during work - not a glance or a quick call, but long, sustained periods of rapid texting and total focus on the phone and only the phone
