I can’t think of anything I liked, but I can think of way too many things I didn’t like. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and it wasn’t even cheap. Ghetto area with no parking provided whatsoever. Had to park two blocks away and pay $16/day. We arrived after dark. Then I had to walk my 2 little daughters through the streets of one of the most dangerous cities in the US. Stinky lobby. Different stink in the elevator. Very small. Most studio apartments are close to twice the size. AC broken. Way too hot to sleep. Extremely loud neighbors. Rotting food left in the fridge from previous guests. Window wide open with no locks on it. Floor very sticky everywhere and coming up in a few places. Bed skirts stained. The only chair was too gross to sit on. TV remote broken. Only two tiny throw pillows on each bed. No water pressure or hot water. 1 towel provided for 3 people for 2 nights. Extremely loud church bells rang right outside the window at 7 AM followed by what sounded like 30 people obnoxiously yelling at each other for about an hour right outside the door on our floor. It was all so bad that we left a day early to go find a different hotel. I’ve never had to do that in my life, and I’ve stayed at many hotels. We found another Wyndham (Days Inn) just outside downtown for about half the price and it was a very spacious, clean suite with air conditioning, pillows, and towels! Much better.

Disgusted and Lost My Money

I chose not to stay due to the dirty and suspect nature of the people going in and out of the hotel. It's as if they hosed homeless people here. The hallway smelled like smoke and the floors were covered in filth. I'm surprised that a Wyndam hotel would be so disgusting. I lost my money with this reservation, but they could not pay me to stay there. I suggest you DO NOT bother with this low class disgusting site.

Worst experience ever

I hope someone reads this. I brought my daughter to the area for a college tour. We booked online and had no idea how bad this hotel was. Our Uber driver tried to warn us. This was the worst hotel experience. Upon entering, it was locked at 9 pm and there were alot of people hanging around outside. The area was not safe. The entire hotel spelled like pot and unclean. Paint was peeling off the walls. That night we were kept awake due to the noise. One guest had the TV blaring all night and walls were paper thin. At 3 am I finally called the front desk and they asked the guest to turn down the TV. They refused. Then there were guests smoking pot in the hallway and running up and down the halls talking. My daughter and I were scared. We voiced our concerns and went and got another hotel. Another guest told us someone threatened to beat them up Please avoid this place.

Having never been to Baltimore, I had no idea the area of town this was in. There’s always yelling outside the hotel that you can hear no matter what floor you’re on, and there were people constantly yelling in the rooms next to me.

Just a waste of a money. I got no sleep from all of the noise. Felt unsafe and unwelcomed. Terrible experience and I never say these things. Hopefully you can improve in the future.

Assez déçue !

La fenêtre de la chambre était ouverte et on gelait. Malgré sa fermeture le chauffage peinait à rétablir la chaleur. On entend tout ce qui se passe dehors. Tout est vieux. Le tapis est douteux et ça sent le pot à plein nez malgré les affiches que ce n’est pas autorisé. La salle de bain était quand même propre et les draps aussi. Le couvre lit était déchiré et les murs sont dus pour être repeinturés. Les rénovations effectuées l’ont été à la va vite et mal faites. Pas de stationnement. Faut aller sur la rue. Mais nous avons trouvé pas loin quand même. Le déjeuner était basic nous n’y avons pas mangé. Je n’y retournerais pas.

Awful hotel. No parking. Put in a dirty room that the tv didn’t work the window in the bathroom was open and looked like birds were living in the shower. There wire dirty towels hanging behind the door with blood on them. I complained and they moved me to another room. This room had a broken heater and no bath towels. It was late and I was exhausted so I stayed. They offered no refund or even apology. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!

A nightmare night.

The place is a dump and there were drug dealers everywhere. You could smell marijuana on the elevator. Our refrigerator didn’t work. The exercise room was filthy and had no fresh water. There were no offerings for breakfast except for stale cereal and old milk. There was no yogurt offered, no hard boiled eggs, no juice no coffee, no water. I really think this was a drug dealers hotel. There was a man passed out in the breakfast area. And now I am looking at the bill they emailed me and they are overcharging me about 20 some dollars. I am highly disappointed. The heater did not work in the room. The bathroom door looked like it had been cracked like somebody had to force their way out of the bathroom. The bathroom door was partially unpainted.
