The property is poor sanitary conditions. The room 107 is located outside in back of the hotel. The room bed had hair on the bedsheet and dried blood on the furniture. The Pillow cases were filthy as were the beds. The bathroom tub was stained brown/black dirty the curtains were stained and dated. The door was unsafe barely closed. The room smelled of moldy. I notified the female receptionist. She attempted to relocate me to room 316 which was located inside the property on the 2nd floor. The room was not much of a difference. The tub had a ripped shower curtain for a shower mat. I immediately requested a full refund and was granted one. I booked another room else where. PLEASE don’t book here real shady area. Hotel definitely need a upgrade ASAP.

Quality Inn should have a higher standard

I can smell smoking in the room even I booked a non-smoke room. Floor is dirty. The trash bin has some debris left from the previous occupants.

It's what you pay for.

The front desk staff were all very friendly and nice. The room was clean. The bathroom was ok but could use a facelift. The only thing I did not like was the bed linens. The sheets were so synthetic that you could see blue sparks in the dark. That, and an equally synthetic comforter, made me very hot. The lobby looked like there might have been breakfast options but we did not eat there. Just fyi, there is no elevator in this motel. Be aware of that if you have limited mobility. The motel has only 2 stories.

The room was ok, clean. They were running the washer machines next to our room at 11:30 pm at night. Breakfast is advertised but there was no coffee or hot water provided. Just the bare minimum for the breakfast nothing hot except for the waffles.

It's a 2-star hotel. I don't expect much. However, there wasn't anything actually of any healthy choices for breakfast. Only fruit. The room was partially clean. The shower spout wasn't installed properly and I didn't want anyone coming in my room. The vending machines were broken. I was missing the lip to my coffee maker. I called downstairs for one. I came down to them trying to hand me a different utem I didn't ask for and an employee who looked like he rolled out of bed and smelled as if he had not showered in days. When I told him what I needed again, he tried to send me to housekeeping to get it myself. I had to remind him that I was a guest and paid for my stay. I'm not supposed to be doing anything. So, he sent someone to my room 30 minutes later with a new coffee maker. Then, upon check out, I had to ask for my deposit back. In which I was told to wait 5 to 10 minutes for them to inspect the room. I advised him that whatever condition it was in prior to my arrival is what it is. Got my receipt and left. There is no legitimate reason for the deposit. And when I called to see the price to extend, I was told if I pay right now the rate was $25 mire than what I paid. When I logged online here, the rate was only $10 more. But I would have had to book two days in order to get that rate. Like I said, I don't expect much for a 2-star hotel. But this right here is not okay and it's almost intentional that all of my other arrangements fell through to stay elsewhere.

The worst hotel ever

The free breakfast suck how is it free breakfast? If they didn’t even have coffee, the milk was watered down all they had was apple water down juice and toast.

I didn't like anything about the property The tub was nasty The room did not look too good The remote to the TV look like it was caught in a fire although I did break the pot to the coffee pot and I went up to let them know and ask them how much is it they said $50 when I looked it up that coffee pot only cost them 20 something dollars so you're trying to overcharge for something and shipping and handling don't cost that much I was honest about it I could have just left there and not said anything
