Very quiet surroundings and the bed was very comfortable. Refrigerator was in a separate space from bed in a cupboard so didn't hear at night. Also the a/c was in ceiling, so very quiet.

This was okay. The room was really big and roomy, which is rare in hotels today, and the views from my room led straight to the inner harbor, which was lovely. However, the water in my tub wouldn't go down and I asked them to snake it and they said they would but it was the same. The ice machine had no ice in it and it was old and dirty. There were white things coming out of my AC. There was work being done on the windows in the hallway and tools/materials left out. It was ugly and unsafe. The people I spoke with were nice and the ease of check in and check out was good. I did get an early check-in and a late check-out but had to pay $50 for each (not a problem - reasonable and I paid/welcomed the option). The privacy I felt was good too. They didn't offer clean-up to your room unless you asked for it (which I didn't realize) but it was fine for me I was only there 4 nights and by myself in a double room. I didn't try the pool or the restaurant. Basically the hotel is nice but old and needs (is getting) a facelift.
