Will stay here again

We used this as home base for a weekend getaway to Baltimore including Fells Point, the zoo and the Guinness brewery. Very easy to get Ubers. We didn’t eat at the on-site restaurant so I can’t comment on that but everything else was great!

During my stay, my car was broken into - personal effects and items were stolen. In the same parking lot, during the same stay, another car had their wheels taken off. No security cameras exist in the parking lot despite the fact they charge you to park in their own parking lot! Although the maintenance supervisor told me that “he never saw that happen,” the Police officer who wrote up my report indicated that he’s there multiple times a week and they have urged the hotel to get security cameras but the hotel has refused to do so.

Everything was great!! I only gave four stars because the Jacuzzi was out of order and my son got locked in the bathroom because the door handle was slightly broken. Staff came and fixed it within reasonable time though.

I chose this hotel based on my great experience at the Westin in Long Beach, but unfortunately, the Baltimore location was a disappointment. From the moment I entered my room, there was an unpleasant smell—a mix of disinfectant and cigarette smoke—that made the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom had broken fixtures, which was unexpected for a Westin property. To make matters worse, the dining area was far from what I anticipated, with a poor atmosphere and subpar service. Overall, this location did not meet the standards I expected from the Westin brand. I wouldn’t recommend it and certainly wouldn’t stay here again.

I booked the Westin for a random solo get away, overall everything was pretty good. The walls are just extremely thin, and the heat in the room wouldn’t work and was stuck on 70, i have anemia and extremely low iron, which caused me to be super cold and uncomfortable for the duration of my stay!
