 GEMMA'S HOUSE AND ITS SPACE   It consists of three floors.

GROUND FLOOR
- Direct access from the street and private garage.- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home.- Living and dining area with a warm and relaxing atmosphere.- Guest toilet.- Private interior patio with barbecue and space for outdoor dining.
FIRST FLOORAfter two flights of stairs with a handrail, we find:- Three comfortable bedrooms:BEDROOM 1: double bed. This room has two single beds pushed together, covered with a topper to ensure maximum comfort.BEDROOM 2: two single beds.BEDROOM 3: master suite with private bathroom and small dressing area.There is also a full bathroom to share.All bedrooms have good natural light and a calm atmosphere for resting.
SECOND FLOORLarge living area with two sofa beds and a TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.BEDROOM 4: two single beds with direct access to a sunny terrace overlooking the village.A perfect space to enjoy morning coffee or watch the sunset colours in the sky.
IMPORTANT: The stairs are quite steep, so this house is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

GEMMA's house is exclusive to its guests.
THE TERRACES 
Terraces are private, but it is necessary to respect the rest of our neighbours.
- It is not allowed to talk loudly, or music, or other noisy activities from 21h until 9h.

INCLUDED SERVICES- Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit.- Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00.Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us!We always try to accommodate, but in the high season, it will depend on availability.

(Departure). - City tax: must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.Cost of tourist tax: per person and every night, maximum 7 nights and only for people over 16 years old- Deposit: will be made upon arrival through credit card pre-authorisation.- Signature of the house rules.- Signature of the temporary tourist rental contract.

   HOUSE RULES   
- It is not available to groups under 25 years old.
 
- The rental contract for the property for the tourist season will be accepted upon reservation and signed before the closing ceremony.
 
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorisation with a credit card.
 
- All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.
 
- During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult; they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
 
- It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odours and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.
 
- Between all of us, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
 
  IT'S NOT ALLOWED   
- Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.
 
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
 
- Organise events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.
 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. 
We have a service to rent pool/beach towels. 
 
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
 
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged using household power
 
- Groups of students are not allowed.

- No pets allowed

 We are very strict with the rules because the houses we help manage are not located in tourist areas. The properties are in very quiet urbanisations, and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE DISTRICT
The Maresme is a region to fall in love with!
On one side there is Barcelona and on the other side the Costa Brava, both at a short driving distance!
 
In the Maresme region, there are spacious family beaches to play soccer and volleyball, with calm waters and golden sand! A few km from the house there are horse riding activities, golf courses, tennis clubs, yacht clubs, and the internationally recognized Outlet Mall "La Roca Village".
 
Vilassar de Mar is a coastal town, very quiet and familiar a few kilometers from Barcelona.
In the village, there are several restaurants renowned for their typical cuisine and fresh fish.
 
You can enjoy different nautical offers such as surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, snorkeling, sailing...
 
 
HOW TO GET AROUND THE AREA 
 
PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION
We advise on how to combine the use of private transport with the use of public transport.
 
-PRIVATE CAR:  We do not consider it essential for this location. You can get around by walking, by cab or by taking the train, by using the bus, or you can get around by combining them.
 
Sometimes it is more convenient to have a vehicle so you can explore more places or go grocery shopping.
 
 
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Different services and lines connect Vilassar de Mar with the surroundings and Barcelona.
 
- Cab: There is a local cab service.
It is necessary to contact in advance to arrange any transfer.
 
- Bus: Day and night services.
Connections with the train station, other towns in the Maresme area, and the city of Barcelona.
 
- Train: The house is located between the two stations in the village.
The train stations are called VILASSAR DE MAR and CABRERA DE MAR-VILASSAR DE MAR.
The route to Plaça Catalunya takes between 25 and 30 minutes.
 
 
BARCELONAThe city is about 30 minutes away by car.
