Love motel one

I love motel one. They are stylish comfortable the price is great and the breakfast is amazing!! The blue candies at the front desk are addicting! Always well located. Love this chain!

Excellent one night stay

The hotel was way better than expected. Everything was clean and new and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Our bed was comfortable the room was clean. We had a view of the park and the windows kept the sound of the street out completely.

For $300 a night the room was the size of a postage stamp. Our flight got us in at 9 am and couldnt get into room till 3 pm. We waited all day. At 2 pm we sat in the lobby waiting on them to tell us our room was ready. They never did. At 2:30 i noticed all the people coming in were getting their rooms. They knew we were waiting but never said a thing. We were sitting right in front of the reservation desk and had asked if they would have a room before 3. I was disappointed in their customer service.

Our stay was amazing! Our flight was early and we requested if we can check in early. They made us check in as soon as they had rooms. Two hours earlier than their regular check in time. Staff was also very accommodating!

Service is not 5 ⭐️

Disappointed that the hotel refused to go the extra mile to help me recover a lost valuable. It would have taken 15 minutes of their time to ensure its safe return, as I could track the item electronically. I offered to pay a generous reward for their help but management coldly turned me down. Ultimately, another company came through, and I got my item back. I stayed at this specific hotel twice for its convenient location to the Nord bus station.

The hotel was clean, and the lobby was beautifully designed. The location provided convenient access to downtown, which was a positive aspect. However, the room was very small and lacked basic in-room amenities such as a refrigerator, coffee maker, plates, spoons, or cups.
