Quality control issue

Everything was clean, but the room was extremely humid and smelled a bit like mold. Apparently they knew there was an issue with the AC in the room but still gave it to me. Thankfully there was another room they could move us to instead.

The staff were very pleasant. That's where it stops. The room was very dirty as was the shower and bathroom areas The hallway carpeting is filthy and stained The person at the front desk stated there were lots of lights in the parking lot areas for safety...there were NONE! She also stated when asked about security cameras, there are NO SECURITY CAMERAS anywhere on the inside or outside of the property. Totally unacceptable.

Staff was polite and courteous but average at being helpful. Location was handy to I-270 and Metro. I stayed three nights and my room was never made up. I had to ask a maid I saw in hallway for fresh towels. My room was also oddly humid. Would probably not stay there again.
