This five-level Mediterranean-style villa is located in the exclusive Pedregal community. Enjoy panoramic views of both the Pacific and the Sea of Cortez as your relax on the main terrace. When you are ready, jump into the large custom swimming pool or unwind in the outdoor whirlpool tub. Inside, this villa is luxuriously furnished and beautifully decorated. Some of the great amenities include a gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops, a home theater and marble floors throughout. With multiple open-air domes, Clara Vista has an exotic and palatial look that we are sure you and your guests will enjoy.

Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.

Beautiful property! We had 4 couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. Took advantage of having their chef services come in one evening and it was wonderful. Massages, lounging by the pool watching the whales, it was a trip that we will all remember. Communication was always easy. Concierge services to arrange transportation during our stay was also simple and easy. We will be back!

The Villa was amazing! We had a wonderful time staying here! The booking process is a bit extensive and Legal. But as far as the property goes the location is as amazing the amenities were great. One of the best trips we’ve ever been on and I attribute a lot of it to staying at Clara Vista.

The house is beautiful and the ocean and mountain views are spectacular. Working with CaboVillas on all of the planning and follow-up was great. (Ask for Nik and Tish.) One word of caution: there is construction on the house immediately below and prosective tenants should inquire about it.

From the moment we walked in the front door and saw the stunning view until the time we left everything went perfectly. Luis with Cabo Villas was outstanding - anything we needed, transportation, groceries even massages at the villa (which were incredible!) he took care of right away! I wasn't sure what to expect renting through the company as we like to do things for ourselves, but I can honestly say we were not disappointed one bit with their service. Everything they set up for us was prompt and very professional. We will rent from Cabo Villas again when we return to Cabo San Lucas!!

Pictures don't do it justice

First of all, the pictures do not do this house justice. Amazing view and perfect property for a group. Even better than the house was the service. There was someone available in Cabo 24 hours a day if you needed anything. Just call or text and there was an immediate response. We woke up every morning to a maid cleaning the property including all the bedrooms. The house was at the top of the hill so great views of the other properties down the hill, ocean, and beach. We had 9 people and could have easily fit 5 more. Would definitely recommend this property or other properties owned by this company.

Beautiful house, views and location!!

The house was STUNNING. It felt like we were in Greece. We had undisturbed views throughout the house of the ocean. We could see whales breaching while enjoying the backyard. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is due to the fact that we didn't have hot water for most of our stay. Also, the pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time so the pool was fairly cold. HOWEVER it was cold the weekend we went (February). I have no doubt that if we were blessed with better weather the pool temp would not have mattered. Concierge was responsive and Cabo Villas was as well!!!

Best Family Vacation

Our family of 13-3 generations loved every minute of this trip. Casa Bella Vista is absolutely gorgeous. From sunrise to sunset pure beauty. The house is so open and the view of the ocean amazing. We saw so many whales everyday! It was super easy to arrange activities and rides- Felix did everything and was so responsive to us! The house is high in the hill and was not a doable walk to the beach for the older generation, but everyone else walked to the beach and enjoyed the crashing waves. It’s not safe to swim there though. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The cleaning lady was there everyday but was incredibly invisible and did her work without being intrusive at all but was very friendly! We had a couple dinners catered in the villa and they were both amazing! Already looking to rebook!

Trading Turkeys for Tacos

This home was awesome, we have been staying in the Pedregal area for the past few years now on Thanksgiving every year and love the area. Super safe, convenient, and beautiful. As far as the Home goes home it’s pretty unreal from the time you walked through the front door looking out over the infinity edge pool straight down into the Pacific Ocean. There was plenty of room to spread out throughout the house for our three different families, yet great common space that we could all hang out together. One thing to think about with this house is that other than the master bedroom and the smaller adjoining bedroom all the other entrances to the bedrooms are separate from the main area of the house, which was not a problem for us as we have a little bit older kids but if you had younger kids it would be something to think about. The company representing this home for check in and help throughout our stay was flawless. And the best bonus of all was the housekeeper, she was awesome. We will be back.

Amazing stay at Clara Vista with a perfect Wedding

Clara Vista was more than AMAZING. It exceeded our expectations and was even better then it looked online. We had an extremely easy process working with Kimberly for our reservations. I had tons of questions and Kimberly answered them all happily and was very helpful. From the moment we arrived to the airport we had a memorable experience with our driver and he started the festivities off on the ride to the villa 🍾. Our guests along with myself were mind blown when we walked into Clara Vista. The View was EVERYTHING and more. We had the best view in the Villa. Our guests still cant stop talking about how beautiful and relaxing the villa was. I cant begin to tell you how perfect this villa was for our wedding ceremony. We had a perfect sunset wedding on the lower level and our dinner under the gazebo. The way the living areas were set up it was perfect for a Brides room (the master) and the second living area on the lower level made for a perfect Grooms room with the perfect location for him to walk out of during the ceremony. I can't go without mentioning how more than helpful our butler Giovanni was. He even picked out a wedding cake for us 🥰. He made the most delightful welcome margaritas and was there to help and make our stay enjoyable and stress free. I can't wait to go back!! This villa is perfect for whale watching during the whale season as the view is perfect and captivating! Until next time Clara Vista!

perfect place for a wedding, can't wait to celebrate our anniversary here

I have so many wonderful things to say about our 7 day stay at Villa Clara Vista. From the booking process with Nik at ESSV to the house manager and maid service, everything was great. We cannot wait to go back! The pictures do not even do this home justice. The views are literally breathtaking and were the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony and reception. 40 people easily fit in the front courtyard for cocktail hour, the gazebo area for the ceremony and the lower patio for the reception. My husband and I stayed in the home for a week with 9 other people. There was plenty of room and we never felt on top of one another. Our guests stayed at nearby hotels and it was so nice to have one place we could all meet and hang out without spending a fortune at beach bars or fighting for chairs at a hotel. We used Matter of Taste for the food at our wedding and also to stock our villa with the essentials, like liquor and hamburgers, before our arrival. The food and service was amazing! I rarely hear people rave about the food at a wedding and my guests cannot stop talking about how good everything tasted. Although we rented a car to run errands for the wedding, we used taxis every night when we went to the bar. A van taxi would be at the villa within 10 minutes of calling a driver. Some things we loved: The Vonage phone made it so easy to talk to local wedding vendors and family at home, 2 refrigerators, Bose system throughout the house, washer and dryer, beach towels and sunscreen, and of course the VIEW! A couple things we think could make the place perfect: wi-fi throughout the house, telescope or binoculars for whale watching (the website had a telescope but it wasn't there) and maid service on Sunday. We had a wedding on Saturday night so it would have been nice not to clean on Sunday morning.

Amazing Vacation - Amazing Location!

From the minute we walked in the front gate we knew that this was going to be the vacation of all vacations. The Cabo Villas staff took care of every detail and we felt like we were royalty. The pictures that we viewed were spot on. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed --- multiple pots and pans (that are in great shape), serving dishes and cutlery for at least 24 people. We cooked all meals at the house and all "chefs" were pleased with the kitchen. Our housekeeper was amazing. She showed up every day with a smile on her face and helped us get the house ready for the day. There was never a time when there wasn't a fresh bath towel or neatly folded towel by the pool. Tip 1: There is a fabulous 2nd fridge in the pantry -- stop at Costco or Walmart and load up on your beverages - there is plenty of room to stock up. There is also a wine fridge that will hold additional beverages. The only downside is the freezer - you are going to want to stock up on ice so, don't buy a lot of freezer items from the store. Tip 2: If there is something that you want to watch on TV (ours was the Alabama vs. Clemson game) make sure you have a laptop that can access your TV provider back home. The internet at the villa is pretty good. We were able to stream the game that way as we were not able to get it on the TV. We didn't expect to have US channels at the Villa so, this is in no way a criticism of the Villa. The only issue we had was the need for an actual 6th bedroom with a bathroom that 2 people could sleep in. We ended up improvising and using the pull out bed in the media room and the kids shared a shower with the guests on the second level. While not the most comfortable bed, the kids did wake up with a fantastic view! All in all, I highly recommend this Villa and the Team at Cabo Villas. Our party of 12 (6 adults and 6 "kids" ages 18-23) had the most fantastic vacation at Villa Clara Vista. We are already looking at dates for next year's trip.
