Upon check in, we were offered an upgraded room for no extra charge. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The suite we were upgraded to was very nice. Comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The housecoat and slippers were an added bonus for the outdoor hot tub and pool. Will definitely stay here again.
