The Space

The open-plan living area draws natural light through wide terrace doors, where the indoors and outdoors flow easily into one another. Sleeping Arrangements

Three bedrooms offer restful privacy across the penthouse. Six beds accommodate up to nine guests, supported by three and a half bathrooms. Fresh bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided throughout, and each room carries the calm of its coastal setting. A safe and clothing storage are available in the bedrooms, and a washer and dryer are on hand for longer stays.



Kitchen and Dining

A full kitchen puts you in control of your days. The space is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster - along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table and coffee complete the setup, whether you are sharing a slow breakfast indoors or taking meals out onto the terrace.



Outdoor Living

The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Along the private 167-metre beach, sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas invite long, easy afternoons. Beach essentials and outdoor furniture add to the comfort, and outdoor showers with L'Occitane soap are available after time by the water.

Calablanca Residences offers a full range of shared amenities within the complex. The pool area suits both active and relaxed afternoons. The gym is equipped for cardio, weights, and pilates. The spa includes jacuzzis, steam room, and sauna - use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge, and you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. A game room with pool table, ping-pong, and foosball rounds out the social spaces.

Free parking is available on the premises, with both garage and street options. An elevator provides easy penthouse access. Building staff is on hand 24 hours a day for check-in and guest assistance.
