We got a room with a balcony, the view was awesome. The service and the people at the hotel was excellent every body was very knowledgeable and ready to help. The only thing is that the party never stop there was noise every where outside the hotel that can really let you sleep.

Stay here!!! Best location, clean hotel, friendly staff, very secure location: they lock the main doors at night and don’t allow anyone in. They check all ID of any guests. Best staff ever! It felt like a 5 star resort just smaller rooms. The rooftop pool is gorgeous! Breakfast and lunch was also amazing!

Great hotel right in front clock tower. Confortable rooms with great air conditioning and hot water in the room. Staff were super friendly and always eager to help you. Personally, wasn’t a fan of the breakfast but everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great. However on a Tuesday night there was music blasting well into the wee hours of the morning. The safe didn’t have a handle to properly open it and no one ever came to fix it. Room was also very small and the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly.

This location was nothing less than AMAZING!!! In the heart of the Walled City. Great staff. They were always polite and friendly. More importantly, very helpful. If you are looking for quiet silence, this isn’t the place. As I’ve said before, it’s located in the heart of the Walled City and they love to party in the Walled City!!! I would recommend this location to all of my family and friends. Thanks guys, you’ve truly went above and beyond.

Excellent location and decent room. We enjoyed using the rooftop swimming pool as well. It would have been good to have the option of pool towels as otherwise you have to use the ones from your room. We didn’t take up the option of the buffet breakfast as we felt 16 dollars per person was a little expensive and there was no children’s discount, but there are plenty of dining options nearby.
