Receptionist was rude, answered very abruptly when asked about handicap accessible room, "NO HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ROOM!" WI-FI didn't work, must be the only hotel in the state with no USB hook - up, no phone either. Otherwise the room was acceptable.

Not a good experience The mini fridge didn’t work had to be replaced and actually I finished moving the old one out of the way and placing the other one in its place. Carpets should be replaced in the near weeks. The room light when on flickering as if it was a disco light. Not staying there ever

Housekeeping is lazy, and the place is filthy and

This place is extremely dirty. Housekeeping doesn’t seem to clean anything. The floors are filthy, the counters are covered in debris, and while the sheets were somewhat clean, the pillows had noticeable stains or residue on them. The room they have in the picture for the one king bed looks like a Jacuzzi tub. I’ve never seen that room here always told housekeeping doesn’t have it ready yet. The housekeeping here is nonexistent or extremely lazy.

This property was ok for 1 night of rest for a tired and hot motorcyclist. Whwn i arrived the lobby door was locked. I had to knock on the window even though there was a sign that said ring the bell. The bell was removed. When I finally got into my room, the air conditioner was blowing out hot air at the same time as cold air. The internet didn't work at all. The carpet was dirty. Everything else was ok. I was too tired to go to another hotel.

I was refused my hotel room because I got there between 2:30 am -3:00. I was told they had no rooms available even though I had been charged 2 nights I was turned away by a lady manager who refused my stay and refused to give me her name!!! I was rudely turned away & had to go to a motel 6 in Wilcox!!! Please refund me for it says a 2 night stay!!!

Right off the bat, staff was rude. No lobby use, hot outside. Internet not working so made me wait 30 min in the heat. Tv remote didnt work and he knew and still left it just to send staff over with a new one. Fridge door remained open, not cold. No ice.
