"We like the place. The room was clean and very nice. The pool and the jacuzzi were also clean. It’s a bit outdated, but nice regardless. The staff were very helpful. "

"Room was very clean, beautiful hotel, key card elevator, security at the front door at all times which was nice. Staff at checkout was a bit rude though. Got to the front desk early to catch my flight and security guard was friendly and helpful. The woman that came a few minutes later for checkout wasn’t as nice, didn’t smile, and dismissed me without looking up. In all honesty, could be that she felt some sort of way because our group was a bit loud and tipsy the night before after returning from a concert and drinking at the bar. Don’t think she should’ve given the cold shoulder though since we moved upstairs to our rooms. Bar area was nice and the bartender was great. She made great drinks and was very friendly. Loved the little self-checkout store that had the best snacks. Within walking distance (literally across the street and up a block) to the San Jose Civic. Beautiful area and safe to walk around. Would stay again."

"This is a beautiful property! In the heart of San Jose and located close to the San Jose airport. Things to plan for: there is no parking at the property itself however there is a paid parking lot across the street and a parking garage close by. Breakfast is not included however they do have a restaurant in the lobby. I highly recommend staying her and I would stay again."
