The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The parking lot was very full at night. I had to really hunt for a space. There were several cars that were parked too close to the parking lines which contributed to the parking problems. The breakfast was okay. I like the bacon day better than the sausage day.

I recently stayed at Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark, and overall, it was a fun and family-friendly experience. The biggest highlight is definitely the waterpark – it kept the kids entertained for hours with its slides, lazy river, and splash zones. Being right on the beach was also a huge plus; the views were beautiful, and beach access was just steps away. The staff was courteous and helpful, especially at check-in. The elevators were a bit slow at times, but manageable. The room was clean and had a decent layout, though it could use a little updating. Some furniture and fixtures showed signs of wear, but nothing that ruined the stay. Food options on-site were convenient, especially for quick bites between swimming and beach time. The Loco Gecko restaurant nearby also had good variety and great service. If you're traveling with kids or just want a resort-style vacation with easy beach access, Crown Reef is a solid choice. Just know it’s more about fun and convenience than luxury.
