Talked to front desk about shuttle to airport on Sat. They started a list, we were the first on list. Said be there 5 mins prior. Should up and was told shuttle is full and no room. On top of that the shuttle driving said he couldn't leave until set time ??? Make sense to leave when shuttle is full and get back to hotel for the next group.

Aloft was such a great experience for us. The staff are so kind and friendly. Our room was very clean and well equipped. Everything about this hotel was clean. Across the street is a tiny area filled with so many restaurants and bar options. The outlet mall is also across the street. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

I was disappointed that the pool was down for maintenance issues and I wish the front desk had detailed information to offer on the attractions in the area and info on the shopping shuttle bus. They had nothing at all. However, our stay at ALoft was very pleasant. It was clean, functional and quiet.

The only complaint I have is that the bathroom smelled strongly like sewage. It was very clean, no disturbing looking stains or anything. But the smell of sewage was at times overwhelming.
