Horrible front desk manager

The front desk manager was absolutely insane. She actually made up a fictious story which forced my 84 year old uncle to move out of the property during a snow storm. I have never been treated this poorly by any hotel staff in all of my travels. Stay clear of this property unless they decide to terminate this woman that works at the front desk during the day.

We needed a place to stay close to the airport. Worked great! The room was clean and well equipped for a longer stay, which we didn’t need. If in Chicago and flying in or out I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel near O’Hare

Perfect location for an overnight stay before departing for vacation. Shuttle service brings you right to the gate. Rooms were spacious and comfortable for 3 adults. Discovered “Bottoms Up” bar less than a mile away- excellent food and service! 👍

Horrible Front Desk Experience

I am shocked and taken aback by the treatment I received from the front desk. The front desk manager in the morning basically kicked me out of the hotel for asking to speak to her manager regarding a disagreement we were having. I am a Platinum Member with hotels.com and have never been treated this way by any property in all of my travels. Please stay clear of the front desk if you do walk into that property!
