Front desk staff and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping support is almost non-existent. We stayed a whole week and nowhere on the website or on hotels.com does it warn the guest that this hotel does not have housekeeping on the weekends. The front desk actually told me this the day after we checked in. That is not industry standard. But aside from that, in the whole week we were there, in spite of me asking daily, our room was cleaned a total of one time. That is unacceptable. Even hotels.com called on our behalf one morning, and even then housekeeping didn't show up until the following day. In spite of the kind staff, I just can't justify spending good money at a property that is so mismanaged that they can't clean their rooms in a timely fashion. I won't be back.

just a 1 nite stay as part of a longer trip. staff was excellent. hotel good, comfortable, room was clean. good location and price. bar in the lobby is nice tho only open til 7… on Tues anyway. good breakfast. bathroom area could use a few more hooks or towel bars. would stay here again.
