Rent our own vacation boat , and enjoy paddle boarding, fishing, waterskiing on an amazing and beautiful private lake , with a direct private lake access from the garden - As you enter this home the grand soaring ceilings in the great room with lightings who takes your breath away. This home is sleek and has a very European feel that feels clean and bright. The chef in your home will love this huge kitchen with Bosch appliances, including built in espresso machine. The split floor plan gives everyone privacy. This home has a dual master which is perfect for long term guests. Don’t like being inside, the outdoor full kitchen is located in a large screened patio with breathtaking views for incredible lake sunsets. The infinity salted pool is overlooking the private Olson lake which has only a few homes. This villa 105 gives you a truly luxury resort experience. We are Happy to Welcome you soon in PARADISE !

RENTAL OPTIONS:

The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.



To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave.



You can also rent a golf cart from us. Let us know now if you would like to add any of these options above to your booking.

Always remember to book lodging before flights!

30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.

Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D

All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.

If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.



Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.

Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.

Check-In time is 5:00 pm.

Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.

NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.

TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.

Tried Two Different Houses - Same Result

When we first arrived at this house, immediately we noticed it was not very clean. There was garbage in the trash can, dog feces in the yard, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, the shower drain had a lot of hair in it, and there were dirty rags in the bathroom. We took pictures of everything and sent them in. The cleaning crew called us and came to the house and cleaned the toilet. They told us they would come back again a few days later to refresh the house. We had to move to another house because the air conditioning broke and that was a deal breaker in July. However, if you stay here, bring bottled water. The smell of the water is so bad that you can’t even brush your teeth here. I have never in my life smelled water like that before in Florida or anywhere else, and I grew up with a well. It can’t be sanitary at all. We were told we would get the cleaning fee refunded but that still hasn’t happened. The property manager did all she could for us to move us but the second house was less in space than what we paid for (no king beds, no TVs in the bedrooms, 2 out of 3 outdoor ceiling fans were broken, ceiling fan in the bedroom was broken). There is no way someone had cleaned this house too because the kitchen was covered in spider webs that I personally had to clean before even thinking about using it. The master shower was so clogged up that you had to stand in 3 inches of water. And master bath infested with ants. So many things wrong with both houses, I wouldn’t stay again.

Nice, quiet luxury stay

The property was exactly as it was described in the listing. Everything was nice, neat and clean. The rooms were very spacious with great closets and updated bathrooms. The pool was amazing even though we didn't get to use it because of the cold weather. The neighborhood was very quiet in a gated community. It was only about a half hour from downtown Orlando.

This place has some very eclectic artwork and the typical Florida water (smells awful), but overall it was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and there was plenty of space for us. We will definitely book here again!

Spacious Family Getaway!

We celebrated my aunt’s 80th birthday in this unique, well stocked, incredible pool home. Our favorite part of this home was the outdoor patio area. We loved having coffee together there in the morning and watching the sun set from the pool. The view from the backyard is beautiful. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and the office was very responsive to the few very minor issues we had. Some of the artwork looks like it needs to be replaced, but we weren’t there to enjoy artwork. The beds were comfortable, the linens were very nice and plentiful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Wonderful stay.

Perfect holiday weekend

The house is AMAZING!! The pool and backyard was so spacious! I was very surprised at how comfortable the bed was in the master! Everything was clean! Neighbors are very nice during the day, at 10pm however, be ready to call it a day. We had a great time, and loved the house! Will definitely book again.

The house has a large open space and large kitchen equipped with everything you need except for your options to make coffee (only a small coffee maker); no Keurig. The rooms are very spacious as well. The decor needs to be changed!! It made us feel strange
. You are unable to see decor clearly in advertisement pictures for this house (I went back and checked VRBO listing). In one bedroom there was a picture of what looked like a garbage bag spread out with a hole in the middle hanging above the bed. ??? Very strange
In the living room, there was a large picture of naked black women surrounding an antique car in south beach and a extremely large old painting ripped in the corner (if you saw it, it might creep you out a little). When we arrived several of the sliding glass doors and several windows in each room were unlocked and sliding glass doors do not have the extra security features for small ones as they can easily open them. The pool was not clean which limited our use of the pool during our stay which was a reason we rented the house. We did communicate this and it was taken care of that day. The path from the pool to the dock had several red ant piles. The dock itself needed to be repaired as 2 wood planks were broken. I would not recommend this home if you have children unless the safety features of the windows and sliding glass doors are addressed and decor is changed to a family friendly one.

Horrible! Stay away!

Arrived for late check in at 1am, the house had not been cleaned. The sheets on the beds had not been changed over, pillows and sheets had hairs, stains and smelled. The kitchen and appliances were completely dirty as well. We tried to change the bed sheets but the extras that were in the closests were also dirty, smelly and stained. We had to strip the beds and sleep on our own clothes. The next morning we had to use our own purchased cleaning supplies to be able to use kitchen, appliances. bathrooms, and dining areas. All surface in the house were dirty, furniture was stained. This house has been furnished with flea market finds and it shows. There is a porngraphic portrait on the wall of the dinining area. Next day, the host sent a cleaning crew that attempted to rectify the problems. They actually locked us out of the house after a long days outing, we had to call and wait, and call and wait. They only give you one key to one lock. So we couldn't get in until we check every window and door, and finally found a way in. PAID A $65.00 BBQ GRILLE FEE, it was completely disgusting and rats lived in it and in the area. We took photos and video, but the host did not care. The entire house on the exterior grounds is full of pests, rats, they actually live in the gutters. SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE!! I COULD GO ON FOREVER!! The host doesn't care about you, they just want the money. They were not caring in anyway about the situation. I would stay here again if they paid me too. Worst weekend experience on VRBO!! STAY AWAY!!!

Pictures are deceiving!

We walked in and the house was filthy dirty- Beyond my comprehension. It smelled, furniture was run down and blankets had stains. The kitchen had food crumbs and dirty finger prints. The view was not really a view, the pictures are deceiving. Very run down with cheap furniture and a neighbor with many cars and trailers in the yard. Property manager quickly came over and took us to another house to make up for the nightmare we walked into. However, she admitted that the house was just vacated that morning...clearly violating Covid cleaning guidelines. New house had a much better view and was clean. In fact the view was this house’s saving grace- just awesome! Unfortunately the new house had tiny uncomfortable furniture and the house was old and dated (owner issue). But overall, property manager saved the vacation!

Perfect Hidden Little Resort

We booked this last minute as we were looking for a quiet & warm place to stay as a family and close to my elderly parents. This house was perfect! It is so spacious, with a convenient outdoor kitchen & powder room. The ping-pong table was also a great way to keep my teens entertained. They loved going to the bigger part of the resort every day for waterskiing. The staff is so friendly here and always available.

Don't bring your boat

I booked the house because it had all the requirements I was looking for, or so I thought. I needed 1. 4 bedrooms. The house is a 4 bedroom. one of the bedrooms has a small double pull down murphy bed. That was not really an issue. 2. A pool. Nice pool with a great pool deck and patio with outdoor kitchen. 3. On a lake. It's on a lake with a nice boat dock. You would assume it has a adequate boat ramp and just to make sure I asked if there was a boat ramp and was told in an email that the house I booked was the only house with a ramp. Not True. Here's the issue - There was no boat ramp at the house. I sent an email to the owners asking the location of the ramp and was told it's at the end of the street. Nothing visible at the end of the street so I asked another homeowner as to the location of the ramp. He took me between his house and another property and showed me what may have been a ramp at one time. It was all grass and at the bottom dropped off vertically about 5 feet into a canal that was overgrown with Lilly pads and grass. Even if you got a boat in there there was no way to get thru the vegetation. With the neighbors help we managed to find another homeowner that had another primitive ramp and managed to get the boat in the water. However when we went to get the boat out we needed a 4 wheel drive truck to get the boat out. This is not what was communicated to us and we should have never had to ask other property owners for assistance to provide access to the lake. If you are not interested in boating on the lake, then this is a great getaway.

Quiet and peaceful setting. Backyard was spectacular.

Kitchen was beautiful but supplies, utensils, glasses, dishes, bowls and appliances were sparse. There weren't enough pillows for the beds, only decorative pillows. Maybe needed more of a woman's touch. There was plenty of space, home was clean, ping pong table in the garage was a bonus! Not too close and not too far from Orlando. Pool was amazing. Open air/outdoor living space, outdoor kitchen were awesome!
