Book Highgate Independent rooms in Coconut Grove

"Not worth it for the price the only clean place is the lobby I even heard other guests requesting to change rooms due to the cleanliness they do pick up your room in the morning and change your towels but that’s about it there’s dust and even mold all over not great customer service at the reception and some of the valet crew horrible manners even cursing not all of them but a couple of them should be thought how to treat people I also had on my reservation a free bottle of wine which I never saw I can’t talk about the pool or the bar because it was extra small and when I went there was no space not even to buy a drink the location is great there are plenty of restaurants near by but I wouldn’t recommend to stay here not until they fix all their issues and if that happen they probably doble the price "

"Comfortable bed good bathroom and shower, good sized room. Reception willing to store luggage before and after room available. Next to metro to airport. Pleasant stay. Thank you. "
