Never again!! It's so many things not quite right- where to begin. Upon check-in we were made to wait before asking where the pull carts were, once told where to find them - of course, there were none so staff was asked to collect them and return. We saw him coming off the elevator with nothing. That night I went to "the business center" and the computer was frozen and the frustrated staff member same as earlier - called the manger on the phone.
