Our stay at the Hyatt on Polaris parkway was exemplary. The hotel and rooms were emaculate. The staff was so polite and attentive. We recommend this location to all staying in the area. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Great Hotel!!

The hotel was in a very good location it was close to lots of shopping restaraunts and the zoo was like 20 minutes away. Very clean and modern. Very spacious rooms the showes were great and had great water pressure and it was hot everytime we used it. The bed was very comfortable to be a hotel bed. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

The facility is clean. Breakfast is ok. Water is nice and hot and water pressure is good. Room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was almost fully booked for our stay and was understaffed. The employee that checked us in was swamped with multiple people, a group check in and phone calls she had to handle all at once. This became harder for her because several rooms were not ready for the guests at check in. Bar was "open" but had no visible employee every time I was in the lobby. We came here primarily for the use of the pool. Unfortunately it was FREEZING. My child tried to use it only once and was shivering with blue lips. There were also only a small amount of hand towels available two days in a row. Steam buildup from the shower triggered the smoke detector and fire alarm when the bathroom door was opened. This forced an employee to knock on the door overnight for a safety check.
