We were awakened at 1 am by a family who just checked in. Their kids were jumping off beds and screaming - I called the front desk and the kids were so loud that it took her three times knocking before they heard it. In the end, the quiet never came. Instead of moving THEM, we had to move rooms in order to sleep. So my four year old was up until about 4 am. This is the worst experience we have ever had with night staff who was completely incompetent.

The refrigerator in the room had old smelly food in it. There was fruit snacks in between the cushions of the pullout couch. Hard snacks shoved against the bed on the floor. We only had hand towels in the bathroom and had to call down for body towels so we could take showers. The staff apologized for these things but it was a bit too many issues for me to really enjoy the stay….it made me question how well they cleaned the room.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable!! The shower was amazing! Had a nice drink at the bar downstairs and the breakfast bar had everything you could want with fresh make yourself fluffy waffles!

There’s only one staff member working on a weekend which made checking in and out longer. Our air conditioner was very loud, no vending machines for drinks, and the chrome cast does not work.
