Morning manager was completely disrespectful during checkout yelling that it's a non smoking motel yet I didn't have one single puff in my room. The lack of any professionallsn caught me off guard with ridiculous lies of accusations. I understand I slept in past checkout time but that's no excuse to throw childish tantrums, the motel was practically empty I wasn't holding anything back. Also, he attempted unauthorized charges on my card twice. It's proper to inform your customers before hand about any fees you're planning to charge No wonder nobody comes back here, neither am I now but Somebody should explain what professionalism is to this wonderful gentleman before he sabotages this place.

The check in was smooth. The staff was kind. However it is in a lower income area, so the hotel is pretty old and I felt a bit uneasy staying as a woman solo traveler. The front desk has a massive glass surrounding it, which I’ve never seen. You typically see that in potentially dangerous areas. I just wouldn’t recommend it, unless you just have no other option. I’m unfamiliar with Dallas/Arlington etc. Just came in town for my son’s basketball tournament.
